A girl named Eva Katrenakova sailed from a land where everyone greets like pirates Ahoj! (Slovakia) and dropped anchor in Cornwall

while studying Sustainable Product Design at Falmouth University, she found peace beneath the waves, snorkelling whenever she could 

there, she discovered a magical underwater world filled with mysterious seaweed forests and extraordinary marine life 

curious by nature, she dove deeper, learning everything she could about British seaweeds 

at a seaweed cooking workshop, she uncovered a secret: seaweeds are edible, nutritious, and surprisingly versatile 

before long, seaweed foraging became a favourite activity, and her kitchen turned into a playground for new recipes 

as a true sailor at heart, there was one thing missing on her journeys - a better version of biscuits. The kind that wasn't boring... and had seaweed in them

so she baked them herself, and what started as an idea became her final year university project

soon after, the Seaweed Biscuits sailed on to London Design Week 2022

they were featured in the Green Grads exhibition, celebrating the next generation of sustainable design  

then Eva set sail for London... and the biscuits were left behind...
